Terms & Privacy
Short version: this is a personal site with a silly clicker. We do not sell your data. We barely have any.

This website is a personal project. It is not a company, shop, or public authority. For anything legal or privacy-related, email is the way.
Terms of use
The site is provided as-is, for entertainment and information. No fee, no account, no guarantee it will be up, funny, or bug-free.
The clicker and "Play the Game" are just for fun. Nothing you buy in the minigame is real. Style points have no cash value. Shocking, we know.
Do not misuse the site (scraping that knocks it over, injecting garbage, pretending to be us). We may change or take down pages at any time.
External links are other people's websites. Their content is their problem, not ours.
Privacy
We do not run ads. We do not run a newsletter. We do not ask you to create an account. We do not want your phone number.
What stays on your device: the clicker save (progress, upgrades) and a tiny flag that you dismissed the notice. That lives in localStorage in your browser. It is not sent to us. Clear your site data and it is gone.
What the host may see: the site is hosted on Vercel. Like any host, they process technical request data (IP address, browser, time, URL) in server logs to run and protect the service. We do not use that to profile you.
Fonts: typefaces are self-hosted via Next.js. There is no live request to Google Fonts when you visit.
Music: the cart player only starts if you hit the track button. Ace of Spades is a file already on this site. The other tracks are original 8-bit loops written as note data and played by the browser audio engine — not ripped from other songs, nothing streams from a third party.
Your rights
If you are in a place with data-protection law (EEA, UK, Switzerland, etc.), you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. In practice: we do not hold a profile on you. Email us anyway if you want that in writing.
You can also complain to your local supervisory authority. We would rather just answer the email.
Copyright
Site code and original writing: Andrea Raffaelli. Do not copy the whole thing and pretend it is yours. Pixel art, music, and other third-party assets remain with their owners.
